Return Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, the tag must be not removed and in the same condition that you have received it. It must also be returned in its original packaging and with a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where returns and refunds are not granted:
- Items with signs of use (makeup, deodorant marks, missing tags, alterations, snags, rips, or any other type of damage or signs of wear)
- Items not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

 

Exchanges

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If it is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet and your refund has been approved, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company and your bank. It may take some time before your refund is reflected as there is often some processing time depending on your bank.
